A public-sector system handling sensitive personal data under real time pressure, used by caseworkers who cannot afford an interface that slows them down.

Role-based access control, strict data protection boundaries and an audit trail were designed in from the start rather than bolted on. The front end was deliberately plain and fast: dense forms, keyboard-friendly flows, no decoration that costs a click.
